On Monday night, a tragic series of shootings unfolded in Manatee County, Florida, resulting in the deaths of three women and culminating in a fatal confrontation with law enforcement. Local authorities provided a detailed timeline of events:

The first incident occurred at Motel 6 on 68th Street Circle East in Bradenton, where deputies responded to a shooting and discovered the lifeless body of a 48-year-old woman, a victim of gunshot wounds.

Shortly thereafter, another shooting was reported in the 900 block of 26th Street Court East in Palmetto. A 29-year-old woman sitting in a parked SUV sustained gunshot wounds and tragically passed away approximately an hour later.

The third shooting took place at 4800 55th Street in Bradenton, where another female victim was critically injured and later succumbed to her wounds at a hospital.

The escalating violence prompted a swift and intense law enforcement response. By 1:30 AM, Hamilton County deputies engaged the suspect, identified as 28-year-old Javontee Brice, near the Florida-Georgia state line. Brice reportedly fired at the deputies, leading to a confrontation where he was fatally shot by law enforcement.

Details emerging from witnesses and law enforcement indicate that Brice had a disturbing connection to the victims. It was reported that the first victim at the Motel 6 was Brice's mother, adding a chilling dimension to the tragedy.
