It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of our Dad, Paul Donaldson, who died unexpectedly on Monday, July 1st, 2024. His loss has left a void that can never be filled, as he was a pillar of strength and a source of unwavering support for all who knew him.
Paul Donaldson was more than just a family member; he was a cherished Dad, a devoted Granddad, a loving Husband, a caring Brother, a supportive Uncle, a dutiful Son, a beloved Nephew, and most importantly, a true friend to all. His respect and kindness touched many lives, and his presence was a rock in so many of our journeys.
Known for his warm heart and generous spirit, Paul was a man of integrity and compassion. He was always there to lend a helping hand, offer a word of encouragement, or simply share a laugh. His influence extended far beyond his immediate family, impacting friends and acquaintances with his genuine care and unwavering support.
The funeral service to honor and celebrate Paul’s life will be held at 10 am on Saturday, July 13th, 2024, at Cowpen Crematorium, Blyth. Following the service, a celebration of life will take place at Blyth Town FC football ground. Family and friends are invited to join in remembering Paul and sharing the memories that made him so special.
As many come together to mourn his passing, they also celebrate the remarkable life he led. Paul Donaldson's legacy of love, support, and friendship will continue to inspire and guide us. He will be sorely missed, but his spirit will live on in the hearts of all who were fortunate enough to know him.
