Born and raised in Delaware, Dr. Coon graduated from Caesar Rodney High School in Camden, Delaware. He pursued his undergraduate studies at the University of Delaware, showcasing his commitment to his home state. His passion for veterinary medicine led him to the University of Minnesota, where he completed veterinary school. Dr. Coon further honed his skills through an equine internship at Kansas State University.
Since 1999, Dr. Coon has been at the forefront of Haven Lake Animal Hospital, tirelessly building and growing his practice. He specialized in various advanced veterinary fields, including orthopedic surgery, I-131 radioiodine therapy, veterinary physical rehabilitation, and canine conditioning, reflecting his dedication to providing comprehensive and cutting-edge care to his patients.
