The sudden passing of Keo Frazier on June 10, 2024, is a significant loss to the Denver community and beyond. As a Brand Experience Strategist and Consultant, Keo's career was marked by her dynamic leadership and visionary approach to marketing, communications, and strategic branding. Her work consistently aimed to enhance the human experience and elevate collective identity on local, national, and global scales.

Keo Frazier's entrepreneurial spirit led her to found seven companies, including New Thinkers, a think tank dedicated to fostering world change. In 2023, she launched her eighth business, Nine and Two Agency, focusing on reputation management. Her most recent role was as Director of Communications and Public Affairs at Denver Housing Authority (DHA). Prior to DHA, Keo held influential positions at Emily Griffith Technical College and McWhinney Real Estate.

Her innovative projects included rebranding efforts for the City of Denver Department of Transportation, reimagining the Park Hill Golf Course, overseeing 40 projects for McWhinney nationwide, and rebranding the Denver Housing Authority. She also led impactful campaigns such as "We Educate Colorado" for Metropolitan State University and worked with notable organizations like United Airlines, University of Colorado, and University of Denver.

Keo Frazier's contributions were widely recognized. She was named to the Colorado Women’s Chamber of Commerce Top 25 Most Powerful Women in Business, received the Marketing 2.0 Influencer Award, and was honored by the Denver Business Journal as one of the Top 40 Under 40 and Outstanding Women in Business in Real Estate. Other accolades included being listed in ColoradoBiz Magazine’s Top Company list and Top 25 XYZer, GO Magazine Leader of the Pack, and Top 50 Minority Owned Business Owner in Colorado.

Her commitment to community service was evident in her participation on nearly 20 nonprofit boards. She was an alumna of several prestigious leadership programs and served on three Governor-appointed boards of commissioners, including the Architects, Professional Engineers, Land Surveyors Board; Colorado Educational and Cultural Facilities Authority; and Middle Income Housing Authority.
