Citadel Mall Shooting Today - Reported shooting at Citadel Mall in Colorado Springs

On Wednesday, at approximately 3:25 p.m., the Colorado Springs Police Department responded to a reported shooting at the Citadel Mall in Colorado Springs, prompting an immediate lockdown of the premises. 


The incident left one male victim with serious but non-life-threatening injuries, according to police reports. 

By 3:55 p.m., law enforcement had sectioned off parts of the mall, enforcing a lockdown while initiating evacuations in other areas to ensure the safety of shoppers and mall employees.
