Sivananda Ashram Yoga Retreat Missing : Family shares new concerns about search efforts for Taylor Casey, Chicago woman missing in Bahamas

In a press release shared on Monday, the family of Taylor Casey urgently called for assistance from the U.S. government to locate the missing woman, voicing concerns over the handling of the search by local authorities and the Sivananda Ashram Yoga Retreat.

The family emphasized the urgency of the situation, highlighting Taylor's disappearance as deeply distressing and calling for immediate and comprehensive action to ensure her safe return.

The family criticized the local authorities, arguing that their efforts have been insufficient and lacked the necessary resources and expertise required for such a critical situation. They expressed frustration over what they perceive as a lack of coordination and urgency, suggesting that the local response has not been up to the mark.

This perceived inadequacy has led the family to seek intervention at a higher level, believing that federal assistance would provide the necessary support and resources to intensify the search efforts.

Furthermore, the family raised concerns about the Sivananda Ashram Yoga Retreat, where Taylor was last seen. They pointed out potential gaps in the retreat's handling of the situation, questioning the adequacy of their response and the measures taken to ensure the safety and security of their guests.

The family urged the retreat to fully cooperate with authorities and provide all possible assistance in the search for Taylor.

The press release also appealed to the public for support, urging anyone with information to come forward. They called on the U.S. government to deploy specialized search and rescue teams, involve diplomatic channels, and apply pressure on local authorities to prioritize the case.

The family underscored the emotional toll this ordeal has taken on them, expressing hope that with increased attention and resources, Taylor could be found and safely returned home.

Overall, the family's plea is a call to action for enhanced efforts, greater accountability, and more robust support in the search for Taylor Casey.
