Jordan Jamie William Carle Moore, born December 9, 2014, tragically passed away on June 2, 2024, following an accident while playing with friends in Larkhall.
At just 9 years old, Jordan’s life was cut short when he slipped and fell from a tree swing. Jordan’s mother, Chelsea Plum, shared the heart-wrenching news on TikTok, revealing that her son was a vibrant and joyful child known for his adventurous spirit.
“Our Jordan was one of the most loving, caring, happy, and content little guys with the most bubbly personality. He was very adventurous and loved being out and about with his friends,” she wrote.
Jordan is survived by his younger brother Robert and a grieving family. In the wake of her son’s passing, Plum has used TikTok as a platform to express her profound sorrow.
One of her posts featured a touching montage of Jordan with the caption: “Wherever you are in heaven, I hope you’re looking down and you’re proud of me, my boy 🤞 I miss and love you more than words could ever describe, kid.”
Other videos show Plum’s struggle with grief, including a particularly emotional post where she reflects on a video of Jordan playing and answers his hypothetical question about whether she’s angry he wasn’t more careful.
Her response—emphasizing unconditional love rather than anger—has resonated deeply, garnering over 6 million views.
Chelsea Plum’s heartfelt tributes have struck a chord with many on TikTok, who have expressed their condolences and support for her family during this incredibly difficult time.
