A tragic accident claimed the life of Eric Thornton, 45, of Pahokee on Friday afternoon.
Thornton was driving his 2005 Scion xB southbound on State Road 715, a two-lane road west of Belle Glade, when his vehicle unexpectedly veered into the northbound lane and collided with a 2019 Ford F-150 truck.
