Chris Rossi Kirtland Hills OH Obituary - Chris Rossi Death - Christopher M. Rossi Died In Car Accident

Christopher M. Rossi, 43, of Kirtland Hills, passed away on July 6, 2024. Born on June 22, 1981, in Medina, Chris was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, son, and friend.

Chris, along with his wife Kristen, owned and operated Innovative Sport Surfacing. When he wasn't busy with work, Chris cherished every moment spent with his family and had special activities he enjoyed with each of his children. 

Chris and his son Austin shared a unique bond, often joking and calling each other "Jim" (Chris) and "Tony" (Austin). Chris and Jayden shared a passion for cars and loved attending car meets together. Golfing with his son Landyn was another favorite pastime. 


His daughter Ashlyn and he had a shared love for hockey games. Chris and his little "Beanut," Brooklyn, enjoyed skiing together. He was a dedicated father, never missing a softball or baseball game or a dance competition.

Chris's love extended to his granddaughter, Melody, who brought immense joy to his life. He cherished making her smile.

The love of his life, Kristen, was his best friend and unwavering support. Their bond was like Bonnie and Clyde, with Chris being Kristen's rock. His mother, Twila, was his everything, and he loved her deeply.

Chris also had a special bond with the family pets, Bella and Leo, with Bella Bean being his best friend. Every time he walked into the house, Bella would go crazy to see him.

A sports enthusiast, Chris enjoyed attending Cleveland Browns, Indians, Cavs, and Monsters games with his family and friends.

Chris is survived by his loving wife, Kristen Rossi; children, Austin Andrade (Marissa Sweitzer), Jayden Poshe, Saraya Leatherman, Landyn Rossi, Ashlyn Rossi, and Brooklyn Rossi; granddaughter, Melody Andrade; mother, Twila Hardin (Raymond Matray); and many other loving relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his father, Christopher Hardin.

Friends and family are invited to celebrate Chris's life on Saturday, July 13, 2024, from 2-7 p.m. at the Brunner Sanden Deitrick Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 8466 Mentor Ave., Mentor, OH 44060.

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to Andrews Osborne Academy, 38588 Mentor Ave., Willoughby, Ohio 44094, in his children's names.
