The North Dakota Highway Patrol has identified two of the three individuals who tragically lost their lives in a head-on collision in Ransom County on Tuesday night. The devastating accident occurred just before 4:30 p.m. along Highway 27, approximately four miles east of Lisbon.
According to state patrol reports, a Chevy Tahoe driven by 66-year-old Keith Williams of West Fargo was heading eastbound when it inexplicably veered across the center line and collided with a westbound Chevy Express.

Keith Williams, along with the occupants of the Chevy Express—22-year-old Valery Siabato of Bogota, Colombia, and a 17-year-old girl—were all killed in the inferno.
