The Iowa State Patrol has identified the individuals involved in a fatal motorcycle crash that occurred over the weekend in Waterloo. Jenna Mills, a 29-year-old resident of Waterloo, was tragically killed in the incident.
According to the crash report, the motorcycle left Interstate 380 and collided with a barrier wall in the median. After hitting the barrier, the motorcycle slid across the interstate and came to rest on the outside shoulder. The accident happened between the San Marnan and Mitchell exits just before 10:15 PM on Saturday.
Keaton Northup, a 33-year-old from Waterloo, was identified as the driver of the motorcycle. The cause of the crash remains under investigation by the Iowa State Patrol. Further details about the investigation or the circumstances leading to the crash have not been released at this time.
