The sudden passing of Kyle Larry Dahl, a cherished member of the Ettrick, WI community, has left a profound void in the hearts of all who knew him. At just 36 years old, Kyle's unexpected departure has cast a shadow of sorrow over his family, friends, and the tight-knit community he called home.

Born in La Crosse, WI, Kyle was the beloved son of Doris and Larry Dahl of Ettrick. In 2016, he joined hands in marriage with his best friend, Brittany Woestman, and together they embarked on a journey filled with love, laughter, and the joy of parenthood. Their two beautiful children, Bradley and Madison, brought immeasurable happiness into Kyle's life, along with their beloved hound dog and farming companion, Freddie.

A true son of the soil, Kyle found solace and purpose in the fields of his family's farm, where he dedicated himself to the noble profession of farming. Beyond the boundaries of his own land, Kyle selflessly lent a helping hand to other farmers within the community, embodying the spirit of camaraderie and mutual support that defines rural life.

Outside of his farming duties, Kyle pursued his passions with zeal, whether it was casting lines into the tranquil waters while fishing, crafting metal masterpieces through welding, or reveling in the thrill of the hunt. A devoted sports fan, he cheered passionately for his beloved Bucks and Brewers, finding joy in every victory and camaraderie in every game watched with friends.

Yet, above all else, Kyle cherished the moments spent with his family and friends. His warm smile and genuine interest in others endeared him to all who had the privilege of crossing his path. Whether sharing stories over a cup of coffee or taking his children for rides on the tractor, Kyle's presence illuminated the lives of those around him.

In addition to his adoring wife and children, Kyle leaves behind a legacy of love and laughter that will endure for generations to come. He is survived by his parents, sister, nieces, nephews, grandmothers, in-laws, and a host of relatives and friends who will carry his memory in their hearts forever.

As the community gathers to celebrate Kyle's life at the Ettrick Rod and Gun Club, let us remember the light he brought into the world and the profound impact he had on those around him. Though he may no longer walk among us, his spirit will continue to live on in the memories shared and the love that binds us all together.
