Jon was a towering figure in North Carolina swimming, renowned nationwide for his extensive training knowledge, unwavering commitment to YMCA Swimming, and collaborative spirit with teams, coaches, and officials across the country.
Throughout his remarkable career, Jon coached thousands of athletes, each of whom he valued deeply. His dedication and passion left an indelible mark not only on the Hickory community but also on the National YMCA Swimming community.
