Manchester Airport Car Park Death : Man Dies By Suicide After Falling From Manchester Airport Car Park

At Manchester Airport, a man was pronounced dead in response to "reports of concern for his welfare." At approximately 7:40 pm on Friday, May 17th, emergency services were dispatched to a parking lot at the airport. 



Sadly, a forty-year-old male was pronounced deceased at the location. According to information obtained by The Manchester Evening News, he may have fallen from a parking garage. Greater Manchester Police stated that no suspicious circumstances are believed to have been involved in his death.


At this time, investigations into the incident are ongoing. A GMP spokesperson issued the following statement: "At approximately 7:40 p.m. on Friday, May 17, 2024, we received calls regarding a man's welfare concern at Terminal 2 of Manchester Airport. 


"Officers located the victim upon their arrival at the scene." Notwithstanding the diligent attempts of the emergency services, a man in his forties was pronounced deceased upon arrival at the location. "No suspicious circumstances exist."
