Laurel High School Shooting Today: Person With Explosive Device At Laurel High School Prompts Students Evacuation

Laurel High School in Laurel was devastated this morning at around 7:51 in the morning after officials received a worrisome call. 

A disturbing story surfaced, stating that a someone was supposedly present on school grounds with an explosive device. The Laurel Police Department was immediately put on high alert and raced to the school to tackle the possibly disastrous situation that was developing there. 

With the sound of sirens and the sight of emergency vehicles rushing to the campus, the community was shaken by the seriousness of the situation. When the police arrived, they immediately began a comprehensive search of the school grounds. 

In their dogged pursuit of the security of the people entrusted to their care—the children, teachers, and staff—authorities searched every inch of the building. The fate of every individual within the school's confines was precariously poised, creating an atmosphere of palpable tension. 

As the all-clear signal was eventually given, the crowd let out a collective sigh of relief, after what seemed like an eternity of meticulous examination. No explosive device or immediate danger to the safety of those there had been found despite the thorough search.
